Ravendawn, the sandbox MMO that drew inspiration from the classic tile-based Tibia, has been quite the busy beaver in year since its launch. And now it looks to be expanding its reach even further with the announcement of a mobile version coming later this year.

Tavernlight Games said that this isn’t a half-hearted port but rather the full Ravendawn experience with crossplay: “From hunting fierce creatures to tackling epic quests, everything you can do on the PC client will now be available on mobile! Your character, progress, achievements and friends will always be perfectly in sync with our fully crossplay mobile client.”

The mobile version will feature an optimized HUD with streamlined menus and button placements as might be expected.

The studio said that it’s going to run an Android mobile stress test on January 16th and 17th to put this client through the paces.
