Korean publisher Daum has announced that fantasy sandbox Black Desert will be getting a seventh playable class, which is “scheduled to be released or previewed in April,” according to Steparu and fansite Black-Desert.com.
It’s called the Valkyrie, and right now it looks like a “shielded offensive type,” though Steparu notes that it may see some revisions as did the Beast Master and Blader before it. The devs are also adding a guild ranking system, some sort of “hardcore” party content called phantom black spirits, and life skills clothing to the Korean beta test.
