WRUP: Yes, there was a new Star Wars trailer edition

If you managed to avoid all contact with the internet this week, you might have missed that the next Star Wars film got a new trailer this week. Otherwise, you couldn’t stop hearing about it. Like, every five minutes. It certainly exists, and there sure are characters on the screen, and it looks like your grandfather is cosplaying as Han Solo with a Chewbacca that hasn’t aged a day or something.

Needless to say, if you aren’t a fan of Star Wars or just don’t particularly care much, it’s been a week of everyone acting like the world is coming to an end while you just sort of look on in confusion.

You can feel free to talk about that in the comments below, or you can let us know what you’re playing this weekend. That is the name of the game here, after all – What Are You Playing? Maybe you’re playing “watch the same two-minute trailer over and over until I see its ghostly afterimage in my retinas.” I won’t judge.

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I’ve got my The Elder Scrolls Online client all patched up, and I’ve got Ultima Online on for the next month too. Will I get to play them? Probably not this weekend with guests in town. But maybe!

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): There’s not a whole lot left for me to do in Final Fantasy XIV on my main, but my alt is still going to be hard at work clearing through the MSQ, and I’ve got plenty of roleplaying to do. I also have a World of Warcraft test realm to, well, test, and I’ve got some Darkest Dungeon to try out. Fun weekend ahoy!

Mike Foster (@MikedotFoster, blog): League of Legends, Fire Emblem: Awakening, and maybe Dark Souls II, if I can fix my horrible build.

MJ Guthrie (@MJ_Guthrie, blog): I plan to spend most of my gaming time in H1Z1 (gotta get a new set of wheels!), EverQuest II (lots of Heritage Quests and dungeons on tap with friends), and in Grand Theft Auto Online (time to nurture my budding criminal side). That should pretty well take up every speck of my gaming time, as well as some of my sleeping time, eating time…

Tina Lauro (@purpletinabeans): I’ll be running around Tyria most of this weekend. I just handed in my last assignment for college, which means a weekend filled with Guild Wars 2 and more junkfood than someone my size should be able to physically eat.
