Lord of the Rings Online’s Update 16.5 may not introduce any world-shattering additions to the game (who wants a broken world anyway?), but it does provide some quality of life improvements and bug fixes. Perhaps the most noteworthy change is in the store town services; auction, mailbox, legendary item, repair and sell, and vault services now last six hours, a substantial increase over the previous one-hour timer. Another change comes in the form of automatically binding partially opened package items to the character that opens them. Anyone who was waiting to dye shields, however, will find it is no longer possible to do in the wardrobe.
Players whose inventories weren’t working properly and those who transferred servers and found they couldn’t use their /reclaim command for a long while will be glad to know that both of those problems have been fixed. Other fixes include removing errant quest pies that clogged inventories, preventing using too many reputation items to max a faction, and placing Haudh Nogbenn’s entrance back on the ground where it belongs.
