T2 is some sort of mobile game based on TERA

I'm using the term loosely here, you understand.
Bluehole Studio, the Korean firm behind action MMORPG TERA, has signed a publishing deal with Nexon for a mobile game tentatively called T2. MMO Culture reports that it is based on TERA and scheduled for an Android and iOS launch in South Korea some time during the second half of 2016.

T2 is built on the Unreal Engine 4 and will supposedly “boast rich graphics reminiscent of the original game” as well as mobile-specific content and optimization. TERA producer Chul Ung Hwang is described as “deeply involved” in the game’s development.

Based on that pic, I’m guessing the mobile game will involve oiling and/or toning your character’s chest and abs.

ClassicCrime MontjoyOnew I can co-sign that Forsaken World is pretty decent for mobile.

Celestial Damonvile No, Bluehole Studios has been working on two separate full fledged MMORPG’s for a while now. This mobile game is just a new thing.

THey should use that unreal engine 4 on TERA instead. And then make my tera character playable on mobile.

It’ll most likely be a top down ARPG like all the others on android/IOS

MontjoyOnew forsaken world mobile I think is the closest to an actual working mmo on mobile, as far as the camera and targetting goes. I would have liked to play order and chaos 2 but the camera was just such a problem, I don’t know how anyone can play it.

Dunno, I kind of could warm up to this. Tera doesn’t make it to my desktop MMO rotation, and Vindictus was fun but also not quite enough. But an action combat MMO that you can do with others — even if it is a “towns as lobbies and instanced combat zones” would interest me as something to casually play on my iPad or phine when I can’t be on my desktop for full on sessions. I think relatively shallow gameplay actually suits mobile playstyles.
The current crop of Mobile MMOs are pretty lackluster and none has interested me. I’ve started playing VainGlory and I’m not really a MOBA person because that’s the closest to an interesting multiplayer mobile game at this point.

Like how Devilian is just Tera as an ARPG.
