WRUP: Funny headline edition

Hey, you. Yeah, you, the person sitting there reading this. We’re friends, right? You’ve got my back when I need you? The answer to that question is “yes,” so just say yes. No, don’t just nod, say it out loud. Say the word “yes.”

Great, since we’re friends, I’m going to level with you. I’m not feeling my usual What Are You Playing wackiness this week. You don’t want to know the details. I’m just not feeling it at all. But I’m going to need you to back me up here because if I admit that I’m not feeling it even for one week, the wolves come out. There are wolves. Do you want to deal with the wolves? No? Then you can imagine how I feel. You can say “yes” again if you want to, or you can just nod this time. Because we’re friends.

So be a friend and act like this one is really funny. Funnier even than the introductions usually are. Maybe even fake-laugh once or twice. Not a whole lot because then everyone will know that you’re just doing it for the thing, but at least once or twice. All right? Great. I’m glad you’re my friend.

Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): Probably nothing. I’ve never had an E3 beat me so far into submission, and I have a flight back to Japan in (at the time of this writing) about 24 hours, and once there, I’ll have lost most of the weekend. I’ll try to get you guys your E3 coverage ASAP!

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I expect to be in The Elder Scrolls Online! Rolling up a new character to newb around with Larry on his stream next week… whee!

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): I’m really not sure at the moment, but logic and experience would say that it’s mostly going to be Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV with various other things here and there. It’s a system that works.

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): Rumor has it that Star Trek Online is unlocking all of its featured episodes at the end of the month, so I am racing through the campaign to get my ship up to par for all of that fun. Bonus rewards! Who doesn’t love that?

Patron thatchefdude: Going to be playing some FFXIV patch 3.3 content and some more ESO Dark Brotherhood. I’m hosting my family for a father’s day BBQ on Sunday, and then its time to watch NBA finals Game 7 and Game of Thrones at night…

Patron Pierre: Final Fantasy XI and The Elder Scrolls Online are still my preferred MMOs for the time being. And as book five, the final chapter of Dreamfall Chapters is now out, I decided to play The Longest Journey and Dreamfall again, as a preface to this new adventure game. Since Life is Strange occurred, The Longest Journey is only second on my list of best adventure games, but it will be a pleasure to have another playthrough.
Enjoy the week-end and your MMOs and other games, MOP readers.

Your turn!
