John Smedley’s Pixelmage Games has gotten a few devs richer at H1Z1’s expense. Massively OP reader Kinya pointed us to the Twitter feeds of Steve George, Paul Carrico, and Timothy Lochner, who’ve all recently made the jump from Daybreak to Pixelmage.
I've been at PixelMage for a bit now. Not one for awkward goodbyes, so I just quietly changed my profile.

At Daybreak, George was a Senior Producer, Carrico was a Senior Game Designer, and Lochner was a Game Programmer. All three had worked on multiple games for SOE and Daybreak, rounding out their tenures on H1Z1.
Smedley founded Pixelmage Games after leaving his long-held post at Daybreak last year. The company is currently working on Hero’s Song, a sandbox OARPG, which is planned for October.
