While 2017 was a big year for mobile, 2018 was even bigger, as more and more MMORPG companies, from CCP Games and NCsoft to Blizzard and Daybreak, pivot to mobile.

Of course, veteran MMORPG games can be pretty grumpy over mobile games, especially the perception that in the zero sum game of development, PC MMOs are losing out.
