Black Desert: The new mobile market, Spring Fever event, TOS tweaks, and that damn rock

Lots of stuff going on in Black Desert this week! First up: Kakao is preparing to launch a mobile- and web-accessible version of the game’s Central Market. (Apparently it’s not live yet and “will be released shortly,” so the mobile link doesn’t work yet, but it presumably will soon.)

“We are excited to present to you today the mobile web version of the Central Market! Now you can buy, sell, and browse items on Central Market anywhere and anytime, all from your mobile device. You won’t need to install a separate mobile application or anything! So, if there is an item you want to buy or sell, just pick up your mobile device and start browsing!”

Today’s update also kicks off the Spring Fever event and fixes a rock. No, really. “An unnaturally placed rock at a certain Shakatu area has been removed.” Hooray! Black Desert is saved!

In more sobering news, Kakao has also updated its TOS to include clarified language about “promoting or encouraging suicide” (uh yeah don’t do it), using obnoxious names (like ||||||||||), and selling accounts for cryptocurrency, though to be honest if you’re doing those, just take the L.
