Woke up, got out of bed

It’s been about a month since Habbo Hotel released its Unity client, a move that basically no one in the community seemed to be all that happy with. The Unity client had functional issues, you see, with functionality that was missing and performance issues that were hard to ignore. In response to all of this and the associated player consternation, the developers have announced that they will acquiesce to player requests and bring back the game’s downloadable Flash client for the moment.

What’s equally important to note is that the developers also make it clear this is not a permanent solution; the Unity client remains the top priority. The change is simply a matter of ensuring that players can enjoy the game on their preferred client while the Unity version is brought up to speed, and the Flash version will be discontinued once again in the future. Still, if you’re one of the players who had been eager to get the Flash version back, you’ll be happy to see it happen.
