Back in February, the multiplayer shooter World War II Online offered up a 2021 roadmap with promise of several new vehicles and quality-of-life features. With the game’s recent version update, some of those mapped-out promises have been kept.
The update introduces roadmap features such as the tank-busting Panzerjager 1, the ability for bombers to create loadouts of their favorite bomb payloads, the ability to adjust HUD opacity, and the option for mission leaders to change their target without making a new mission. The update has also added some new terrain like the Dyle river around Brussels, new lakes added near Aarschot and Zandvliet, and some new props and texture updates, while the game also features other improvements like faster loading on AMD cards, a walkable pathway for Dinant Hill, updated riverbanks to improve infantry climbing out of water, and a host of other fixes.
