The Daily Grind: What’s your most nostalgic MMO beginner zone?

There’s a special kind of homecoming whenever we return to our old MMO stomping grounds. While the whole game might be familiar, it’s those newbie areas that hold the strongest mental associations.

For me, the Dwarf and Gnome starting region of Coldridge Valley in World of Warcraft will always hit me in my nostalgia bone for the combination of wintry boreal forest, the crunch of snow, and my first steps in that MMO in 2004. But there are plenty more beginner zones that are equally memorable for me.
