This is your formal heads-up that one of the most anticipated online games of 2024 is less than a month away. After years of development and a few delays, Victorian survival sim Nightingale is hitting early access on February 22nd.
That means it’s time to get your personal hype engine revving, granted that this title has your attention. IGN posted a six-minute preview video of the title’s many features and the general gameplay loop that players should expect to find when they hop into these endless realms.
Lead Designer Bjorn Taylor opened up in an interview about how essential player interaction and feedback was to the development of Nightingale, saying, “It’s the first time in my career I’ve had the opportunity to have this much interaction with fans during development. And yeah, it’s awesome.”
