If the pollen is trying to murder you the way it’s trying to murder me right now, you’re best off getting your springtime cheer in a video game than out touching grass, and where better to do it than in one of the MMORPGs offering a proper spring event? I’m talking here about New World, whose Springtide Bloom event is slated to return next week on April 17th.
“The Time of Awakening has once again arrived. Help the enigmatic Bloom Herald unravel the mysteries of the ethereal Wispybloom for new and returning event-specific rewards. Pluck carefully from April 17 through April 30, as these precious petals attract the attention of the nefarious Wispy Wasps! Truth Seekers must be level 25 or higher to embark upon the quest for enlightenment. Springtide Villages are located in Monarch’s Bluff, Everfall, Brightwood, and Weavers Fen.”
Tokens earned through the event quests can be turned in for a long list of old and new rewards; we spy new armor skins, crafting items, a camp skin, an emote, and multiple pieces of flower-themed housing decor, including that epic canopy bed. Returning rewards include snacks, dyes, skins, and more.
