Maybe you’re in a guild that’s already running through the raids of Tarisland. Well how would you like some extra goodies for doing so? That’s basically the carrot being dangled by Tencent in its Dragon Bounty Raid event, which will open up a leaderboard and offer prizes to guild members for clearing out raid encounters.
From August 23rd to September 19th, guilds that want to take part have to participate in four different sessions to take down targeted raid bosses, thereby earning guild points to climb a leaderboard. Members of the top 50 guilds will receive up to 150 achromatic crystal currency every week, upwards of 250 additional crystals will be granted to the top 30 at the end of the event along with exclusive titles for the top three guilds, and the leaders of the top 10 guilds will get even more crystals.
This all amounts to potentially hundreds of crystals that can be used to get cosmetic shiny, so eager guild beavers should read the event rules and get ready to slap some raid bosses; it’ll be something to do until the start of Season 1 starts in October if nothing else.
