Pretty much every MMO has some form of daily task, just because that’s a good way to get people logging in every day to take care of things. Even if it’s not something put forth by a system with daily bonuses or the like, there are probably things you only do once per day. But there are things that you do on a daily basis with a grin or at least a shrug, and there are other things that you drag your feet on as you begrudgingly log in to your game of choice.
It’s not that you dislike the game on a whole; it’s that this one particular task feels so much like a chore that you would rather clean the bathrooms. Maybe it’s just a particular piece of content that drags. Maybe it’s actually pretty painless but it bothers you on some level.
