As the years start to flicker by faster, I’ve observed that certain seasons tend to bring out different gaming desires and habits in my life. Autumn puts me in mind of community and new MMO launches, winter makes me burrow into the coziest and brightest gaming experiences I can find, the new year challenges me to rethink my gaming goals, and summer makes me seek out MMOs that can replicate the feeling of adventure and exploration.
Maybe I’m weird like that, but I’m genuinely curious if any of our readers (or staff) have observed how certain seasons or times of the year call them back to certain MMOs or change gaming habits. Does the yearly cycle affect you at all?
