I got nearly everything I could have asked for from Final Fantasy XIV this past year, so that’s pretty nifty. But it’s not like that’s the case for everyone who plays the game, and just because it nailed what I was looking for doesn’t mean that there aren’t players who wanted other things. Some players are still waiting for another ranged DPS or another tank. Others really are mostly about Beastmaster. Heck, some people are probably still hoping for another round of Summoner appearances for summoned critters.
Now, we’re just past the day when people traditionally get a whole mess of gifts, but there’s always next year. What present would you like from your main MMORPG next year? What are the changes you’re hoping to see, hanging from balance tweaks to outright additions? After all, a lot can happen next year. (Unless your main MMORPG is The Elder Scrolls Online; then you just have our sympathy.)
