Are you ready to literally throw hands in Throne and Liberty? Then you’ll probably be interested to know more about the gauntlets, the new weapon arriving to the MMORPG with the release of The Frozen Divide: Nix update.
Described by NCsoft as a weapon that “[delivers] the raw, intuitive thrill of direct hand-to-hand combat” with a “relentless, chained combat flow,” the gauntlets let players effectively start off as a tank, delivering heavy-hitting strikes to foes, then switch into a faster DPS mode when engaging Eclipse of Blood mode to flank enemies.
The result is a new weapon that, ideally, gives players the option to change style as they see fit, while being an easy to start choice that also has a high skill ceiling. Unfortunately there are only some pictures to see and words to read, but it all certainly sounds like a fun addition when it lands on June 25th. Until a presumed PvP nerfing, anyway.
