All right, folks, this is it: New World’s Aeternum rollout is underway.

Preloading for console players in all regions began yesterday – weirdly staggered, but it’s here – and the PC servers are going down tonight at 11:30 p.m. EDT, at which point you can begin your download too. East coasters, just stay awake for it, I guess.

“PC players will be able to download the New World: Aeternum game update during the downtime on October 14. If you currently own New World, you will be able to download the New World: Aeternum game update during the downtime on October 14. Here is what to expect: The New World: Aeternum update will show up in your game’s library page. You will need to click the blue Install button to begin the update. If you have Automatic Updates enabled on your Steam account, no action is required and the update will be automatic.”

The European and Asia-Pacific servers are set to launch at 3 a.m. EDT tomorrow morning, followed by servers for North and South America at 9 a.m. EDT.
