View an Overwatch match through Symmetra’s eyes

What would you do if you could bend reality to serve your will? Probably become a superhero and fight deathmatches against giant gorillas and evil masterminds, right? So you and Symmetra are on the same page then.

Today we’ve got another Overwatch beta video for you, this one showing a match through the eyes of the game’s Indian warrior. Symmetra uses a homing gun, turrets, and shields to give her an advantage on the battlefield — but will that be enough in the ensuing chaos? Check it out in the video below!

Rumm Doesn’t look that weak in my opinion. Didn’t really die any more than any of the other classes I’ve watched, and got a fair number of kills. Top three most interested in playing for me.

It’s probably the FoV, Blizzard seem to have taken a stance on sticking to a (quite low for PC play) locked FoV:

This appears to be footage from the same match as the recent Tracer gameplay video.  You can even see Tracer getting the award at the end for that sweet multi-kill.

Armsbend orionite I don’t disagree. All I’m saying is that the genres they are expanding into are not my cup of tea. D3 is pretty much the only thing I dip my toes into every now and then.

orionite I really think the success of HS caught them by surprise more or less.  It seems Blizzard can do no wrong at the moment.  My taste for the company ebbs and flows but right now they seem to be doing so much right.
People can nostalgically moan about the evils of Activision all they want but honestly, in today’s marketplace, they have one of the more fair and pro-consumer systems out there.  Granted, Activision got the ball rolling for a lot of the more anti-consumer practices that exist today but they haven’t pushed it into the stratosphere and because of that have really evened out.

The more I look at the game play the less impressed I am and I was really excited when it was first announced.

Armsbend Rustybladez You could be right. Seems there is an overall shift towards competitive e-sports type games, with WoW being the only holdover…. ok, and D3. Personally, I am disappointed by this. I’m too old to spend the required time to become good at those, and I don’t think I was ever good enough to compete in any arena shooter.
Not that Blizzard is now making bad games, they just aren’t games for me anymore.
