Wild Terra’s mega mount patch, which has been five months in the making, will finally let players saddle up tomorrow. On Saturday, April 9th, update 0.8.0.14 will add the ability to catch and ride mounts to the sandbox game. And we’re not just talking your typical horses either; you can nab yourself other large animals like bears — as long as they aren’t currently gnawing your face off.
This patch also includes optimizations, improvements to the premium buff, and changes to the resource and hunger systems. In addition, it makes the world much larger, with three different zones: peaceful (no PvP or building), conventional, and disputable (free to build towns and castles of any size but must be defended).
