ArcheAge NA digs out of a mountain of support tickets

Even while the situation slowly improves for ArcheAge following last month’s Revelation mess, it’s still a ways from being fully resolved. In yesterday’s state of the game post, the team reports that there’s up to a seven-day backlog for support tickets due to the various issues.

While the CS team works on that, the devs are tackling grey login screens and trying to figure out why they occur. Name changes, server transfers, and the activation of purchased item packs are all about a week out at this point.

Over in Korea, XLGAMES has worked out a deal with Nexon to allow the publisher’s players to access ArcheAge without creating a new account. Sounds like a win-win for both companies. A new server is in the works to handle the population influx.
