So, probably not.

The high-profile legal battle between ZeniMax and Facebook over alleged intellectual theft involving the Oculus Rift VR headset has entered a new stage, as the trial has ended and the jury is currently deliberating its verdict, which could come very soon (possibly today).

ZeniMax alleges that Facebook stole its ideas and notes for the Rift in what the studio is calling “one of the biggest technology heists ever.” Facebook rebutted by saying that ZeniMax is simply jealous and embarrassed over the Rift’s success.

The two-week trial, which involved big-name figures such as Mark Zuckerberg and John Carmack, grabbed mainstream media attention as the damages sought by ZeniMax ballooned from an initial $2 billion to a staggering $4 billion.
