A good amount of this survey seems focused on identifying the current core issues that are plaguing PSO2 and upsetting the community. As one player said, “A lot of us are very unhappy with the state of [New Genesis], especially when you compare it to how good PSO2 was and on top of all the features you removed for reasons. Lookbook, PQs, AQs, FUN scratch, SG from outfits are just a VERY small amount of things that are just gone.”
