This question is an easy one for me because I play Lord of the Rings Online, which added River Hobbits this year. While there was some pushback from the more pedantic corners of the playerbase about whether the new hobbits were hobbity enough to deserve the name, I think they’re so cute that I don’t really care. I will take my roly-poly cuties any which way, thank you very much. Also, they have great hair. Hair matters.
