WRUP: Jim stole your popsicles edition

take THAT

There are going to be a lot of questions over the next few days. For example, you’re going to be wondering why there’s a hole in your car roof. You’re going to feel ways about that, especially since we’re going to be having a torrential downpour for the next week. You’re going to wonder why the door was broken down and then piled with cabbage heads. You’re going to have a lot of questions about who filled your fridge with sticks of computer RAM. But the important thing is this: Jim stole your popsicles.

Wait, you didn’t have popsicles? Well then who the heck did Jim steal those from? Not that I had any of them. They were stolen. I wouldn’t eat stolen popsicles. Stop looking at me like that. I’m not nervous. I’m not nervous-sweating. It’s just really hot in here. Go away and answer What Are You Playing.

Bonus question: You wanna grab some tacos? Wrong answers only.

Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): Pokemon Go has a birthday thing this weekend, so I’ll probably take the pup someplace we can maybe walk up a storm with minimal sniffing required. All the dog park visits and new things have tired her out this week but not exactly gotten her moving.

Very good, Eliot, your Japanese is coming along nicely, but remember, tako is singular and plural! Plus, if you grab a tako/octopus, it’ll grab back, so grabbing multiples could be risky. Where would we go that has multiple octopi though?

Andy McAdams: More meatspace stuff for me this weekend so not much gaming time. What little I do have will go to Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail.

What did you call me?!

Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I am playing Trains this weekend! We’re going into NYC, and I’m finally gonna see Hamilton live. I have been hyped for this all year. But it does mean no video games.

Bonus: This sounds like the opening to a very, very weird heist movie. I’m in.

Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes, blog): I will either be fighting the queues into Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, or playing the Viper in Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, or a combination of both. In either case, it’s Dawntrail all the way down.

Bonus: I will only grab tacos with you if you finally concede to the 48-page whitepaper I’ve written that explains, with graphs, cross-sections, and polled opinions, that tacos are sandwiches. I will also require you to sign your agreement with this perfectly normal fact. Also, let’s go to the Mexican place up Jones Street.

Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): You already know. Come on, dude. Don’t front.

According to all known rules of aviation, a taco should not be allowed to play football.

Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): I’ll be working on Alt Number 4 for World of Warcraft’s Pandaria Remix, as I’m aiming to get six fully to 70 by the time that this is said and done. I also need to put in some time with Lord of the Rings Online to hack away at the many quests in the catacombs underneath Umbar.

Sam Kash (@thesamkash): Harry Potter Magic Awakened has really been filling up my game time recently. We hit the anniversary last month and the content cadence has been huge. Of course a lot of that is just tapping through loot but for some reason it’s working with my current schedule.

Bonus: I would but I have to feed my llama.
