If you want to get more people interested in your video game, having said video game be on Steam is a good place to start. That’s just common sense. You can have whatever opinions you want about Valve’s platform, but the reality is that it’s the platform that is most widespread for PC gaming and is thus the best way to get your game out there. So it’s a good thing for Palia that the game will officially be coming to Steam in 2024. The Steam version will join the existing client alongside the newly launched Switch client.
An exact date is not listed at this time, but you are invited to wishlist the game now (and if you want to help promote it, this is legitimately a good thing to do to help boost its status as an anticipated title). And hey, if you were interested in the game but didn’t want to jump through external hoops to get it, this means it’s now going to be much easier to download and play. Everybody wins!
