Boxy MMORPG EverCraft Online announces a weekend-long open alpha test starting April 19

Last week we first got word of EverCraft Online, a boxy 3-D sandbox MMORPG that aims to be “a demanding, yet rewarding, multiplayer experience.” If its voxel visuals and urge to recreate a rose-tinted genre past have you curious, intrigued, or skeptical, then you might be the sort of person who will want to join in on an open alpha test that’s kicking off on Friday, April 19th.

Entry into the test is a matter of registering an account, downloading a patcher, and keeping eyes on the game’s Discord for further information. As for gameplay features, this alpha build will feature 15 of the game’s 16 classes, six races (humans, several elves, and ogres) along with their respective starting areas, a first pass at the game’s crafting system, and a level cap of 12. The build also features a refined backend, a new patcher, and some quality-of-life additions like NPC chat bubbles and floating damage numbers.

The test will run over the weekend between April 19th through the 21st. Until then, fans have a start date as well as a new trailer after the break.
