The prime access Frame that’s on offer in Warframe is about to cycle once again: The time-manipulating, gadget-flinging character Protea is confirmed to be the next Prime Frame up for grabs on Wednesday, May 1st, for every platform the multiplayer shooter is playable on.
Like other characters of its kind, Protea Prime will be obtainable either by gameplay or credit card, with the required pieces to put her together obtainable through in-game void missions or special cash shop packs that bundle in unique cosmetics. She will also have access to new weapons in the form of the kina Prime dual daggers and single-handed pistol Velox Prime.
Digital Extremes also has confirmed that its next developer livestream will share details for the first day of TennoCon, more information about the Jade Shadows update, and another sneak peek at the Warframe 1999 update. This broadcast is scheduled for Friday, April 26th, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
