You’d be forgiven for believing that a mobile MMORPG like Eterspire already had a party system in place, but that was apparently not the case. The operative term there being “was” because thanks the game’s most recent major update, there’s now an alpha form of a party system in place.

According to additional details shared to us by Stonehollow Workshop, this first-pass party system will allow up to four players to come together and share a fraction of earned XP among themselves, with bonus XP awarded if party members are on the same map. Additional party-centric features are also planned for sometime later, including party chat and party bosses.

As for the patch, that also introduced new main story questing, the ability to zoom the world map in and out, and a small chunk of bug fixes. Update focus now moves on to adding fishing, offering controller support, and reintroducing hunts so players can earn XP easier.
