Shut down the doot. Fire up the toot. Shut down the toot. Disassemble the toot. Use the toot’s components. Build a shuteshoop. Shute is the new sound. Better than doot. Better than toot. Oh no! Doot and toot have now joined forces. Doot and toot have become dootoodoot, that is all the toot and doot but none of the hoot. Shute must fight with dootoodoot. Will shute seek an ally in hoot? Wait, hoot has formed an alliance with BLAAP, now the HORN SECTION will begin.
French Horns: +5/+3 while facing your insecurities
Trombone: bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap
Trumpet: Lou Bega is summoned to smite your foes with a rain of ten million hammers the size of thumbtacks
German Horn: das est eine hornenblowen ja?
Clarinet: what the hell, what are you doing here you reedy bastard, we don’t want your type in this section, is this someone’s idea of a joke, look at the battered and broken bodies of the oboes behind you to rue your fate before you
Anyway, What Are You Playing is here! Who wants to buy me a pizza?
Bonus question: What’s the worst number?
Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): Hoping to get some Splatoon 3 time in on Saturday and a perfect Beldum during the Classic Community Day on Sunday.
0 is easily the worst number, as a lot of fonts don’t make it as distinct from O as it could be with a slash through it. I have lost so much time in my life to 0s and Os being mixed up by me or other people I’m working with!
Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): I’m finishing up my Star Wars Galaxies Legends crafting runs – hundreds of thousands of items, all crated up and ready to roll for next time. And then I’ve got Guild Wars 2 Janthir Wilds ready to roll for next week! I also picked up some copies of Necesse (I know) and my kids love it, so I’ll probably try that too.
Bonus question: 4,815,162,342. [Bree insists this was not what she meant, but I elected to take it thusly. -Eliot]
Chris Neal (@wolfyseyes, blog): I’ve rolled up a Dwarf Captain in Lord of the Rings Online and am reintroducing myself to the nice and chill vibe of that game’s play, so that will likely be one of the major features for my weekend. Otherwise it’s dailies in Final Fantasy XIV, material hoovering in Elite: Dangerous, and possibly finding some time to play Star Trek Online with a friend.
Bonus: Any prime number. And that’s mostly because of a boss fight in FFXIV. If you know, you know. Runner-up goes to the number three because it’s a very suspicious number, especially when you put a colon before it.
Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): The usual FFXIV antics, I know I should probably be spending time doing some other stuff, but… I don’t wanna. Let me have this.
The worst number is 68. Come on! You’re so close!
Mia DeSanzo (@neschria): I am playing Day Job. It’s awful, but I plan to get the Side Hustle and Freelance expansions to have a better end game experience. (Working. For real. Ugh.)
I don’t like 4. It has a personality problem.
Sam Kash (@thesamkash): I’m making good progress in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. I do regret putting it on Immortal difficulty just because it’s stretching out the whole experience at this point. I love the difficulty but when I only play once or twice a week it usually takes me a little bit to get back into the swing of things again.
Bonus: 12. I do not like that number. It thinks it’s so special because it’s got a special name: dozen. Sure there’s a couple and a few. But a dozen, I’m watching you.
Tyler Edwards (blog): More World of Warcraft. I continue to catch up on the Shadowlands story content while I wait for the expansion.
