Perhaps you’re keeping yourself mentally removed from Crema’s self-inflicted hullabaloos related to its “MMO-lite” Temtem. Or maybe you’re just curious what the studio’s latest side game is actually all about. Regardless of your reasons, there’s a new date for curious gamers to jot down: Thursday, September 12th, which is when Temtem: Swarm, the co-op multiplayer title revealed last February, will begin its beta test.

The beta build of the game will feature two arenas to battle in, four Tems to use, skill trees that let players modify their critters by using Pansuns earned in-game, and equipment systems known as techniques and gears that can synergize as they power up through played matches and earned kudos.

Those who want to add their name to the potential hat are directed to Swarm’s Steam page where they can click the platform’s big green button to request access, or they can try their luck with some promised “various opportunities to gain access.” Testing will run between September 12th and October 1st.
