Are things cooling down or heating up? If you’re playing Overwatch this week, the answer is “both, baby!”
Yesterday’s content patch went live for all of Overwatch’s platforms, bringing a trio of welcome additions to the game. The fun starts with a new hero, Sombra, who takes her hacking skills and wicked machine pistols to the fight. There’s also the compact Ecopoint: Antarctica map for players to sully with their blood, sweat, and tears of rage.
While those two features are certainly getting a lot of the attention, Overwatch’s new Arcade screen might be of interest to those seeking a change in the routine. The Arcade boasts several rotating game modes that offer different experiences outside of the normal structured play.
Overwatch’s fourth season of competitive play is scheduled to kick off on November 30th. Check out the patch notes for all of the changes and additions.
