So we have a new comment system! Yes, really. There’s a little FAQ about it explaining everything you could want to know, but what about all of the things you never wanted to know about it? That’s what this feature is here for.
For example, did you know that our new comment system comes with integration for Panasonic VCRs? No one knows why comment systems were ever integrated into VCRs in the first place, but now you could get all of our comments streamed right to your VCR. Assuming you have a cable connection and hook it up through your VCR. Boy, VCRs just don’t exist any more, do they? That still seems strange to me.
Also, the new comment system is going to get put through its paces! So maybe it’s more of just one fun fact, assuming you have fun learning about VCRs. And you can ignore that I didn’t feel like scouring Wikimedia Commons for a VCR image. Look, just… it’s What Are You Playing, let us know what you’re up to in the comments and let’s move on. I give up.
​Andrew Ross (@dengarsw): It’s probably obvious by now that I’ll get some passive Pokémon Go play in, especially now that my Plus is working (for now), but I’ll probably jump into Conan Exiles because… I don’t know. Asheron’s Call is gone in both forms, and while I’m more curious about Project Gorgon, I think I need more time to mourn. Oh, and this is National Buffalo Wing Weekend, right? I should prep for that. Wings and Overwatch rooster stuff sounds good.
Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Honestly we have so much work to do on the site that I might not get to play anything at all. But I do still need to do a little more recording and voiceover for a gaming project – hopefully I can tackle that!
Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): I’ve got roleplaying to do in Final Fantasy XIV and I’ve been feeling a powerful longing for Final Fantasy XI, so I’ll probably just be devoting myself to Square-Enix for the weekend. And Mega Man doujin games, I suspect.
Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): I’m up to my neck in horse apples in Lord of the Rings Online’s Rohan, backtracking to finish up some quest chains and get those sweet, sweet trait points. After weeks of stalling, I’m finally updating Star Wars: The Old Republic to make a return, as my character hasn’t even finished up Knights of the Fallen Empire yet. I’m a space slacker!
MJ Guthrie (@MJ_Guthrie, blog): The bulk of my gaming time will be split between ARK: Survival Evolved, Conan Exiles, and Osiris: New Dawn. It’s all about survival baby! I also want to poke back into Worlds Adrift. By the time I do that all it will be Monday… maybe Tuesday.
