What’s your fandom? Of course we all love gaming, but there is plenty of room in our hearts for more. And no matter what it is, you can likely find it being cosplayed at DragonCon! From video games to super heroes to anime to comics to TV and movies and more, fans are representing their passions with amazing costumes. And if you were in the right place at the right time, there were also interactive costumed events, such as a large pack of zebras being chased down by T-Rexes and PacMan being chased by ghosts.
This year, I captured so many amazing creations that when Bree told me to pare the pictures down to just 100, I nearly choked. Between the Saturday parade to the cool costumes you run into just walking around over the course of the weekend I had over 900 pictures of awesome outfits, everything from Muppets to Morton Salt, Squirtles to Smurfs! There was an amazing Spock that could practically pass for Leonard Nemoy (who you should have heard at the Klingon Karaoke night!). Inanimate objects got into the act, including various cars and a hotel bar. When I didn’t know who one character was, part of the fun was asking and learning about it.
