PAX East 2019 approaches, and it’s got a rather eclectic collection of things on display, but that includes at least a couple of big online games with a presence in and around the convention hall. Final Fantasy XIV won’t be offering a panel this year, and there will likely be no new information with the final fan festival the week before, but the game will have a booth complete with free Dark Knight foam swords, the Seiryu battle challenge, and an aetheryte you can attune to in real life. (Actual teleportation is not possible.)

Meanwhile, The Elder Scrolls Online offers attendees a chance to try out Elsweyr before its official launch in the summer as well as special giveaways. These events will be offsite and outside of the convention hall, so even if you’re not going to the convention proper you can still get in on the fan event. If you can’t attend, don’t worry; there’s also going to be plenty of streaming footage from the title, so even those unable to make the trip will get a look at the game.
