Camelot Unchained has managed to stop making characters stick to one another

When we talk about making an MMO feel sticky, we don’t actually want people in-game to stick to us. Luckily, neither do the folks of Camelot Unchained, which managed to work out a rather odd bug that caused players and NPCs to literally get stuck to each other when they were clustered together. No more honey-covered characters!

As usual, the weekly development round-up for the beta RvR MMO had more to report. Most of the latest work is once more focused on navmesh matters to further improve NPC brains — or more specifically their eyes — as line-of-sight checking was included in NPC behaviors. There has also been work on scripting, a “transform gizmo” to make placing assets in the world faster, a large assortment of new weapons and a couple of new helmets, and further work on Draugr Mages among other things.
