Yesterday, September 21st, was the third Saturday of September, which was officially Batman Day. This year’s celebration is extra special owing to the fact that the character is 80 years old. Such an occasion merits some celebration in DC Universe Online, which is marking the event with another in-game celebration of the Batman.
Players who log in between now and Monday, September 30th, will get a free Bat Signal Uplink Device that calls down the hero’s symbol and summons a swarm of bats to its location. This is in addition to the free Batman-themed t-shirts that were being handed out to players this past Friday, September 13th — one for free players and one for subscribers. The t-shirts are also available to claim up to September 30th, so if you haven’t dressed up your own super in your Batman-best, you’ve still got some time.
