The battle royale shooter Apex Legends would like players to gather up as many goodies as possible – 24 things to be exact – in the Spellbound collection event that’s due to arrive with the game’s latest patch. Who doesn’t like collecting stuff? Right?

The event is challenging players to gather up the aforementioned 24 cosmetics, including legendary skins for Vantage, Seer, Mad Maggie, Mirage, and others, either via direct purchase with Apex Coins or Crafting Metals or by finding them in related event packs. Those who do manage to complete the collection will be granted a new heirloom weapon for Seer known as the Showstoppers. The event is set to run between January 10th and 24th.

Luckily, there is more to this newest patch: The limited-time 9v9 control game mode will be back once during the length of the collection event, while overall updates to the game include some additional buffs for entering a match in progress, the ability for players to host custom private matches and private tournaments, the usual weapon crafting rotation changes, and a host of balance updates and bug fixes.
