With a little over a year of live operation under its belt and a whole lot of acclaim, Marvel Snap continues to be one of the most popular digital card games on the market. It’s not a title that’s slowing down, either, as developer Second Dinner published the game’s 2024 roadmap as a way to encourage and inform its community.
Coming soon to Marvel Snap is a new character mastery system, selectable borders, and the start of in-game events (kicking off with a competitive Leagues activity). Other projects in development include booster vats, an unspecified new game mode, and additional game boards.
But it’s perhaps the reveal of the first iteration of clans (guilds) that’s of greatest interest: “We’re excited to announce we’ve been actively prototyping the first version of clans. This new feature will enable you to join or create clans, working together to complete missions and earn collective points. The more points your clan accumulates, the greater the rewards for all members.”
Now can we finally get that option to permanently mute annoying emote spam? Thanks!
