Hokay, RIFT, we need to talk about something with your announcement of Summerfest’s return. You start that announcement by stating that it’s been a whole year since the last go round, and… yes. That is true. That’s how linear time works. One would expect that a yearly festival happens once a year; you did not miss Summer 2: Secret Extra Summer in 2023 or something. Oh, well, the important point is that Summerfest is back, we can let it slide for now.
Naturally, the return of Summerfest means the return of fun annual activities like seasonal quests, scavenger hunts, battles against Swarmlord Khargroth, and so forth. You just will want to fest the heck out of your summer in time, because the event ends on July 24th no matter what. (Fortunately, the event store remains active until July 31st, so you have some extra time to buy rewards.) If you’ve been waiting the whole year long, well, take heart and get to summering festively.
