Guild Wars 2’s Festival of the Four Winds — or as I call it, “Festival of the Falling Off Stuff” — is breezing back into the game next week on July 30th as a welcome distraction from the month-long countdown to Janthir Wilds.

This annual summer event originally debuted back in 2014 (but in a proto-form in 2013) and became a regular thing in 2018. During the festival, players participate in a range of activities on a rotating schedule, including the Queen’s Gauntlet, Sanctum Sprint, and Skimmer Slalom. If fishing is your game, there’s also a tournament that happens at the Bazaar Docks.

The Festival of the Four Winds is scheduled to run from July 30th through August 20th. If you’re looking for a full guide to the event, you know that the wiki’s got your back.
