Update 41.2 is scheduled to arrive in Lord of the Rings Online this coming Wednesday, bringing with it a new free dungeon for all players. SSG has been testing The Dragon and the Storm, an instance that’s part of Daybreak’s “Year of the Dragon” initiative.
This patch will also coax Filbert Fig out of hiding for a while to trade Figments of Splendour. SSG said that it’s planning on a special coupon code to arrive around that time which will tie into the new Lord of the Rings anime movie.
The studio teased an upcoming reveal of this fall’s Legacy of Morgoth, saying “it’s on its way.”
