Throne & Liberty boasts 4.5M unique players in its first month

If you’re in the arguably right guild in Throne and Liberty, you’ve already got quite a few things to do (and most of them can be on a very firm schedule as our Choose My Adventure columnist found out), but what’s a couple more dates added to that full calendar? It’s content, baby! Log in for the content!

Specifically, the MMORPG’s first GvG castle siege is scheduled to begin on Sunday, November 17th, starting at 4:00 p.m. local server time for the game’s servers. This is noted as the largest PvP activity available in the game and confers a number of benefits, not the least of which being the ability to collect taxes from items purchased from the location.

That holds hands with the MMO’s next event: tax delivery, which sees the castle-owning guild determine which player turns into a golem to carry the guild’s riches from Vienta Village to Stonegard Castle – and thereby open itself up to attacks from other guilds. The rewards for this activity are quite sizable here too, with in-game and cash shop currencies up for grabs.

As for those who aren’t in a mega-guild and fighting for castles or taxes, there’s the open world dungeons and world bosses to get rewards from, which leads us to an explainer from publisher Amazon Games on just how loot is distributed. There are some more granular details, but in general players are given goodies based on their contribution to the fight, aka how much damage was dealt in the encounter or how much healing was done to friendly targets.

Finally in T&L news, a new infographic as seen below is heralding a whole bunch of big numbers, with the most important being a unique user count of 4,527,940 – a marked increase over the 3M Amazon reported a month ago.
