With full credit to Massively OP reader Greaterdivinity for coming up with this hilarious sum-up of the absurd excuse some Bethsoft reps were giving for why the company was distributing a crappy nylon bag to Fallout 76 collectors edition buyers instead of the canvas bag they’d purchased. (Raf came up with a hashtag too! #GCS2018. We’re dying here.)
“Due to unavailability of materials, we had to switch to a nylon case in the Fallout 76: Power Armor Edition.” Yikes. Fortunately, the gamers are getting what they paid for in the end, but not before the internet lost its mind for a week first.
