Bonus question: What’s your favorite sort of outdoor weather?
Brianna Royce (@nbrianna, blog): Gotta restock my Star Wars Galaxies Legends vendors, working a bit on farming and ranching in Villagers & Heroes, and maybe will dip back into City of Heroes – our run Wednesday got me interested again. But really I should be hunting for something else where I can farm. I’ve been thinking about trying out Trove’s gardening update next.
Fall warm chill please. Cold enough for long sleeves but not enough for jackets.
Carlo Lacsina (@UltraMudkipEX): Not really sure… I’m in the mood for killing mushrooms in Black Desert Online so that might be my jam this weekend. I might even try some ranked games in Starcraft 2. I’ve always wanted to git gud at that game and what better time than now!
My favorite weather is bright and hot. Its the best weather for opening your window and gaming.
Eliot Lefebvre (@Eliot_Lefebvre, blog): Still working my way through leveling further jobs and alts in Final Fantasy XIV, steadily and happily. I might be ready to start taking some more time away to try other games out, though. Or perhaps I’ll just keep being locked into this one; lots of things are possible, really.
Honestly, most forms of weather hold some appeal to me; the crisp chill of fall, the calm snow of winter, the fresh tang of spring. My favorite, of course, is a nice thick snow in deep winter, something to huddle up in the house with a fire and cats.
Justin Olivetti (@Sypster, blog): I’m finally getting around to Patch 8.2 content in World of Warcraft, so flying might be in my near future. Or not. I take a lot of time doing anything these days. Other gaming plans include grouping up with my Dungeons & Dragons Online teammates and pushing further into Southern Mirkwood on the Lord of the Rings Online progression server.
Mia DeSanzo (@neschria): It is Blaugust, and I have promised all 13 of the readers of my personal blog that I will be playing and writing about The Elder Scrolls Online and Neverwinter, so… I will probably play Skyrim all weekend. Again.
Bonus: I like a gentle, warm rain.
Samon Kashani (@thesamkash): It’s going to be another light gaming weekend for me. Guild Wars 2 festival and some activity in the new Crowfall campaign are in order.
Best weather is early spring. Nice breeze with warm sunshine.
Tyler Edwards: Going to start a second run-through of the D&D mini campaign that I wrote using the setting of The Secret World. Not sure about video games – maybe some TSW to go with the D&D campaign? It still exists, although at this point I think I might be the only person still playing. It’s lonely, but it still beats the watered-down reboot.
For weather, hard to beat sunny and -10C. Light snow is nice, too. As long as it’s chilly I’m probably having a good time. I’m definitely ready for summer to be over.
