It’s official: The rogue server that is Warhammer Online: Return of Reckoning has now lived twice as long as the original MMORPG, as the community team is marking 10 years of operation today on Monday, June 10th, with a week of goodies and earnings boosts.
Players can look forward to unique in-game rewards like a celebratory cape, two all-new companions (one for each faction), and goodie bags and anniversary boxes stuffed with additional trinkets and currencies. The game will also offer up double renown and war crests from player kills through the entire event, while war crest drops will be tripled during the weekend between June 14th and 17th. Finally, Twitch drops will be active all throughout the celebration, with unique daily prizes for hitting Tier 4.
While the anniversary is certainly the highlight of the celebrations within WAR ROR, the announcement post has also heralded two more events making a comeback later in the summer: The Feast of Shorika event will make its return between June 28th and July 8th, followed by Twilight’s Tide from July 26th to August 16th.
