While it’s been delayed a scooch, Dungeons and Dragons Online: Myth Drannor should be worth the wait for players, especially with the bounty of loot that’s coming in the summer expansion.
On last Friday’s devstream, Standing Stone Games talked about how this loot explosion may look a little different than past releases, mainly because it ejects set bonuses in favor of Sun and Moon augment slots.
“One Sun augment slot appears on armor, helm, cloak, goggle, and trinket slot items,” SSG explained. “One Moon augment slot appears on glove, bracer, belt, necklace, and boot slot items. Sun and Moon augment slots do not appear on ring, rune arm, quiver, ammunition, or weapon/shield slot items, and we intend to keep it that way in future updates.”
Helping to tide the playerbase over to the expansion is the encore Crystal Cove event, which will arrive Thursday and stick around until July 28th.
