We’ve got a late-breaking candidate for “weirdest cross-promo of the year” right here, and it’s all thanks to Final Fantasy XIV, which is apparently teaming up with a camping gear brand to sell you FFXIV-branded camping stuff.

Kinda sounds like a polite way of telling everyone to touch grass?
The whole set of gear includes a pop-up shelter, tables, chairs, blankets, a cooler bag, cooking supplies, a lantern, a hat, stickers (?), and a folding wagon. I don’t know whether there’s a lot of overlap between the MMORPG playerbase and camping aficionados? Maybe? And if there is, you probably own more rugged gear already? I do, and I don’t even really love camping. But anyhow, if you need this stuff, it will apparently launch for preorder on Friday, November 15th, at 5 a.m. EDT in the morning, so set an alarm!
